  • Butternut 500.0 g
  • Water 1.1 l
  • Butter / margarine 50.0 g
  • Milk 500.0 ml
  1. Preparation:

    • Peel, cube and wash the butternut.
    • Keep the remaining ingredients aside.
  2. Method:

    • Steam/cook the butternut until soft, then mash until smooth.
    • Bring the water, Knorr Professional Aromat Original, margarine/butter to the boil and remove from the heat. Add the milk, Knorr Professional Mash Flakes and mashed butternut and stir together until well combined.
    • Portion and serve.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    • Change it up by replacing the butternut with sweet potato or use both and mix them together.
