Get creative with this layered dessert classic! Decadent layers of Carte D’Or Chocolate Instant Dessert, Carte D’Or Vanilla Instant Dessert, and crushed biscuits. Garnished with a sprinkle of chocolate biscuits to finish!

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Pour the cold full cream milk in deep mixing bowl.  
    2. Add the Carte D’Or Chocolate Instant Dessert powder and whisk with an electric beater for 1 minute on low speed.  
    3. Scrape down and whisk for a further minute on low speed, followed by 3 minutes on high.  
    4. Repeat the process with the Carte D'Or Vanilla Instant Dessert Powder. 
    5. Layer the dessert as follows: crushed chocolate biscuits at the bottom, followed by a layer of chocolate dessert then vanilla dessert. Repeat the process.  
    6. Garnish the dessert with a sprinkle of chocolate biscuits.    
  2. Chefs tip:

    To add extra texture to your dessert, crush the chocolate biscuits and stir it into the finished vanilla pudding.
