Method

  • Bowtie pasta(or pasta of your choice) 700.0 g
  • Olive oil 50.0 ml
  • Button mushrooms (sliced) 600.0 g
  • Garlic cloves (crushed) 3.0 pc
  • Frozen peas(thawed) 175.0 g
  • Milk 125.0 ml
  • Wholegrain mustard 75.0 g
  • Tuna(in spring water) 650.0 g
  • Basil(chopped) 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Method

    • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to packaging instructions. Drain and keep warm.
    • Heat oil in a large pan. Add mushrooms and cook until golden, stir through garlic and peas.
    • Add combined Knorr Professional Hollandaise Sauce, milk and wholegrain mustard.
    • Heat sauce through, then add pasta, tuna and basil. Stir until fully heated. Season.
    • Serving suggestion: Serve pasta with salad or steamed vegetables.
