  • Cake flour 500.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 tsp
  • Sugar 1.0 tsp
  • Yeast, instant 6.0 g
  • Ghee 4.0 Tbs
  • Plain yoghurt 3.0 Tbs
  • WaterLukewarm 250.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • In a thermomixer, add in 500g cake flour, 1teaspoon salt, 1teaspoon sugar. 6g yeast and 2g Robertsons mixed herbs, followed by 3 Tablespoons yoghurt and 250ml water.
    •  Mix on full speed until all ingredients are combined and the dough is soft and smooth.
    • Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside the bowl and cover. 
    • Allow to prove for 20 minutes.
    • Roll out 70 g portions of dough into an oval shape. 
    • Heat a medium non-stick pan.
    • Pat down the dough and cook on either side until light brown. Brush with ghee as needed
