Method:

  • Flour 500.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 tsp
  • Sugar 1.0 tsp
  • Instant dry yeast 6.0 g
  • Ghee 4.0 Tbs
  • Plain yoghurt 3.0 Tbs
  • Water (lukewarm) 250.0 ml
  1. Method:

    • In a thermomixer, add in all dry ingredients, followed by the wet ingredients. Mix on full speed until all ingredients are combined and the dough is soft and smooth.
    • Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside and cover. Allow to prove for 20 minutes.
    • Heat a medium non-stick pan.
    • Roll out 70 g portions of dough and sprinkle over your herb of choice for additional flavour. Pat down and cook on either side.
