  1. Garlic:

    • To roast the garlic: preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, toss the garlic through the olive oil, and place in a preheated oven to roast for 3-5min.
  2. Mash

    • Make up the Knorr Mash: bring the water and the salt to the boil, remove from the heat.
    • Add the butter, cold milk and cream.
    • Add the Knorr Mash Flakes and the roasted garlic lightly stir and place the lid on the pot and leave the mash to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
