Method:

  • Olive oil 20 ml
  • Onion (chopped) 125 g
  • Garlic (crushed) 10 g
  • Gnocchi 500 g
  • Italian parsley (fresh, chopped) 5 g
  • Origanum (fresh, chopped) 3 g
  • Rosemary (fresh, chopped) 2 g
  • Basil (fresh, chopped) 3 g
  • Mozarella balls (broken into chunks) 60 g
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) 25 g
  1. Method:

    • In a sauté pan, sauté the onions until soft and translucent. Add the crushed garlic and cook for a further minute.
    • Add the Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add the gnocchi and simmer for 10 minutes until al dente. Stir occasionally.
    • Lastly add the fresh herbs and cook for a further 2 minutes.
    • Garnish with mozzarella balls and parmesan cheese.
