  • Water 1 l
  • Butter 30 g
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Polenta (raw weight) 150 g
  1. Mash:

    • In a pot, boil the water, add the polenta and cook for 10 minutes.
    • Add the Knorr Aromat.
    • Add the butter and cream, then stir.
    • Take off the heat, stir in the Knorr Mash Flakes, place a lid on the pot and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
    • Stir and serve
  2. Chef’s Tip

    • If the made-up polenta mash is too wet, add a little Knorr Mash Flakes and stir through.
