Grind Me Down Mash
Easy to prepare side dish, which can be enjoyed with a slow cooked casserole
- In a pot, boil the water, add the polenta and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the Knorr Aromat.
- Add the butter and cream, then stir.
- Take off the heat, stir in the Knorr Mash Flakes, place a lid on the pot and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
- Stir and serve
- If the made-up polenta mash is too wet, add a little Knorr Mash Flakes and stir through.
