  1. Method:

    • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook until meat is golden brown.
    • Add onions to the pot. Stir and cook for 2 – 3 min until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 min.
    • Add Robertsons Paprika and stir well. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min, followed by Knorr Tomato Pronto, Knorr Beef Stock Granules and boiling liquid. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add carrots and potatoes, then cover and cook for an additional 20 min. Add cowpeas and Knorr Brown Sauce Gravy Base, simmer for 10 min.
    • Stir in parsley and serve.

    Ensure that the cowpeas are fully cooked and soft.
