  1. Method:

    • Mix together the chicken, Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Knorr Tomato Pronto and cover and refrigerate.
    • Whisk together the Knorr Professional White Sauce Base with the milk. Whisk continuously over a medium heat until it simmers (3mins)and thickens.
    • Remove from the heat and set aside until needed.
    • Place half the white sauce in the bottom of the full size bain marie
    • Divide the chicken filling between the 10 tortilla wraps and roll up
    • Place in the bain marie and top with remaining white sauce
    • sprinkle with grated cheese, oven bake at 180 C for 20 mins
