Mama Joyce's Mashed Potato
Potatoes (cut into cubes) 1.2 kg
Butter 40 g
- Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Cook until tender and strain water.
- Put potatoes back into pot and add butter and Knorr Aromat. Using a potato masher, pound the potatoes until smooth.
- Adjust the seasoning with Knorr Aromat to taste.
- After mashing the potatoes, 200 ml of milk can be added for creamier mash.
