  • Butter 40.0 g
  • Potatoes (peeled and roughly chopped) 1.2 kg
  1. Method:

    • Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Cook until tender and strain water.
    • Put potatoes back into pot and add butter and Knorr Aromat. Using a potato masher, pound the potatoes until smooth.
    • Adjust the seasoning with Knorr Aromat to taste.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • After mashing the potatoes, 200 ml of milk can be added for creamier mash.
