These chocolate brownies are folded with smooth peanut butter for an extra layer of richness and soft, fudgy texture. Finished with a glossy chocolate ganache and roasted peanuts,they offer a satisfying balance of sweetness and salt. Shot on location at UFS Head Office, Durban, South Africa.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. In a bowl, using a spatula, fold cold milk and Carte d’Or Chocolate Brownie Mix for 2 min. 
    2. Pre-heat oven to 170 °C. Place parchment onto your tray (30 x 23 cm) and pour half the batter into the tray. Dollop all the peanut butter onto the brownie, do not mix, just place the “balls”. Pour the remaining batter on top, cover the top with salted peanuts. 
    3. Bake for 25 min.Allow to cool down slightly. Remove parchment. 
    4. Cut brownies into rectangles, pour Carte d’Or Chocolate Sauce on the side and garnish as desired.
