  • Fresh garlic 5.0 g
  • Fresh lemon juice 5.0 ml
  • Butter 30.0 g
  • Fresh cream 50.0 ml

Tender fish dish enhanced with a creamy Prego marinade sauce served alongside fresh veggies or a zesty salad.

Preparation

  1. Fish

    1. In a bowl, add, 250ml Knorr Prego sauce, fresh cream, salt & pepper.
    2. Add fish and marinate for 1 hour 
    3. Grease an oven tray with the olive oil and place the fish portions on skin-side down. 
    4. In a pre-heated oven, roast the fish at 200 °C for 5-6 min. 
  2. Sauce

    1. In a saucepan, heat the left-over marinade on low heat, add garlic, butter and fresh cream, once thickened, add the lemon juice. Season if necessary. 
    2. Serve with the fish.
