  1. Preparation:

    • Combine marinade ingredients (Knorr Professional Peri-Peri Marinade, Robertsons Chicken Spice, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules, oil and water).
    • Keep chicken pieces aside.
  2. Method:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C.
    • Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix together until the chicken is well coated. Place into a roasting dish and roast for 40 min.
    • Remove from the oven and serve.
