  1. Method:

    • Open 2 teabags and place contents in a small bowl. Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave.
    • Combine butter, heated Rooibos, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and parsley in an electric mixer and mix until well combined. Place on clingwrap and roll into a log, twisting ends well to seal. Chill for at least 1 hour.
    • Remove plastic, cut chilled Rooibos butter into slices.
    • Place toasted French loaf slices on a platter, followed by micro herbs then sliced grilled steak.
    • Place butter slices on grilled steak.
