Salted Caramel Mousse
A well-balanced dessert of delightful white and chocolate mousse with a light scattering of dark soil, salted peanuts and caramel salted popcorn.
- Prepare mousses separately. Using an electric mixer, using a whisk attachment, whisk all the respective ingredients together on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl, and then mix on high speed for 4 to 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick. Remove and spoon the mixtures separately into piping bags and refrigerate until required.
- Pipe the mousses onto the plate, decorate the plate with the CARTE D'OR 2-in-1 Chocolate Sauce & Milkshake Syrup and garnish.
