  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 30 Ml Tomato Paste
  • 5 Ml Cumin
  • Knorr Tomato Pronto 300.0 ml
  • Eggs 4.0 pc
  • 1 French Loaf (Sliced)
  • Coriander leaves 15.0 g

Turn breakfast into an occasion and make your menu stand out with this fiery shakshuka. Eggs are cooked in a moreish combination of garlic, tomato and spices and served with toasted French loaf. Sensational!

Preparation

  1. Preparation:

    • Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
    • Heat pan and fry onions, peppers and garlic until soft, add the spices, tomato paste and stir.
    • Add in Knorr Tomato Pronto and let the flavors marry while sauce reduces.
    • Crack eggs in to pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
    • Lightly toast the French loaf and rub with garlic.
    • Garnish with coriander.
