- Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
- Heat pan and fry onions, peppers and garlic until soft, add the spices, tomato paste and stir.
- Add in Knorr Tomato Pronto and let the flavors marry while sauce reduces.
- Crack eggs in to pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Lightly toast the French loaf and rub with garlic.
- Garnish with coriander.
