Preparation:

  • Oil 30 ml
  • 40 g Onions (chopped)
  • 40 g Red peppers (chopped)
  • 3 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • 30 ml Tomato paste
  • 5 ml Cumin
  • Knorr Tomato Pronto 300 ml
  • Eggs 4 pc
  • 1 French loaf (sliced)
  • Coriander leaves 15 g
  1. Preparation:

    • Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
    • Heat pan and fry onions, peppers and garlic until soft, add the spices, tomato paste and stir.
    • Add in Knorr Tomato Pronto and let the flavors marry while sauce reduces.
    • Crack eggs in to pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
    • Lightly toast the French loaf and rub with garlic.
    • Garnish with coriander.
