  • Tortilla wraps (lightly toasted) 6.0 whole
  • Cucumber (cut into strips) 100.0 g
  • Red cabbage (shredded) 60.0 g
  • Red onion (julienned) 60.0 g
  • Rocket leaves (fresh) 36.0 g

Preparation

  1. Rump Steak:


    • Season rump with Robertsons Barbecue Spice and grill to desired doneness. Set aside.
  2. Raita:


    • Mix all ingredients together.
  3. To complete wrap:


    • Spread the desired amount of raita on the base of the wrap, layer with cucumber strips, grilled rump, red cabbage, red onion, and rocket leaves.
  4. Chef's Tip:

    • Switch the beef rump out for chicken strips, lamb rump or roasted veg.
