  • Beef mince 500.0 g
  • Fresh coriander (roughly chopped) 5.0 g
  • Garlic (fresh, crushed) 5.0 g
  • Cumin (ground) 5.0 g
  • Onion (chopped) 240.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 pc
  • Oil for frying
  1. Preparation:

    • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together (except the Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce) and mix well. Shape into 12 x 60 g burger patties. Place in fridge to firm up for 30 min prior to cooking.
    • In a frying pan, heat oil and pan fry burger patties until golden brown. Glaze with the Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce and pan fry for a further 5 min.
  2. Serving Suggestion:

    • On a hamburger bun, place fresh coriander, Mexican burger patty, slice of cheese, tomato, chipotle caramelised onions, sliced avocado, cream cheese and garnish with crushed nachos.
  3. Chef's Note:

    • Replace beef mince with chicken mince, beef steak or chicken breasts. Alternatively serve as a trio of different proteins.
