The Sliding Mexican
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together (except the Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce) and mix well. Shape into 12 x 60 g burger patties. Place in fridge to firm up for 30 min prior to cooking.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and pan fry burger patties until golden brown. Glaze with the Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce and pan fry for a further 5 min.
- On a hamburger bun, place fresh coriander, Mexican burger patty, slice of cheese, tomato, chipotle caramelised onions, sliced avocado, cream cheese and garnish with crushed nachos.
- Replace beef mince with chicken mince, beef steak or chicken breasts. Alternatively serve as a trio of different proteins.
