- In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
- De-glaze the saucepan with the brandy.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Add the Knorr White Sauce (made as per packaging directions) and Meadowland Classique. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the parmesan cheese, mustard and Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty. Season to taste.
- Serve with steamed line fish, broccoli and cauliflower florets and sautéed potatoes.
