  • Oil 20.0 ml
  • Onions (roughly chopped) 50.0 g
  • Brandy 30.0 ml
  • Mushrooms (finely sliced) 100.0 g
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) 25.0 g
  • Hot English mustard 5.0 g
  • Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty 5.0 g
  • Cream 50.0 ml
  1. Preparation:

    • In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
    • De-glaze the saucepan with the brandy.
    • Add the mushrooms and sauté until soft.
    • Add the Knorr White Sauce (made as per packaging directions) and cream. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add the parmesan cheese, mustard and Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty. Season to taste.
  2. Chef's Note:

    • Serve with steamed line fish, broccoli and cauliflower florets and sautéed potatoes.
