  • Water (boiling) 1.5 l
  • Olive oil 20.0 ml
  • Onion (chopped) 250.0 g
  • Garlic (crushed) 30.0 g
  • Chilli flakes 5.0 g
  • Small pasta shells 150.0 g
  • Red kidney beans (tinned) (strained and rinsed) 500.0 g
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 10.0 g
  1. Method:

    • Dilute the Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules in the boiling water and set aside.
    • In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    • Add the chilli flakes, Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and the pasta shells, cook till al dente. Add red kidney beans and cook for 3 minutes and finish off with chopped parsley before serving.
