  1. Method:

    • Dilute the Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Granules in the boiling water and set aside.
    • In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    • Add the chilli flakes, Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and the pasta shells, cook till al dente. Add red kidney beans and cook for 3 minutes and finish off with chopped parsley before serving.

    • Get creative by using a variety of beans and adding kale or spinach to make your dish more nutritious.
