Preparation

  1. Method:

    • In a blender, add apple juice then all other ingredients.
    • Blend at slow speed to crush the fruit, then increase the speed to blend to desired consistency.
    • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

    • If you prefer a thinner smoothie,simply add more apple juice.You can also use baby spinach
      for a more delicate flavour.
