  • Apple juice 125.0 ml
  • 500 g Spinach (destemmed and chopped)
  • 200 g Orange segments
  • Knorr Tomato Pronto 500.0 ml
  • 160 g Green pepper
  • Ginger (crushed) 20.0 g
  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 90.0 ml
  • Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty 4.0 g
  • 100 g Kiwi fruit (peeled and diced)
  1. Method:

    • In a blender, add apple juice then all other ingredients.
    • Blend at slow speed to crush the fruit, then increase the speed to blend to desired consistency.
    • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • If you prefer a thinner smoothie,simply add more apple juice.You can also use baby spinach for a more delicate flavour.
