Tumeric Rooibos Infusion
Trying new things at restaurants should be mandatory. Take this tea for example. We’ve brewed Rooibos in creamy coconut milk, and added honey and turmeric for sweetness and spice. It’s extraordinary.
Coconut milk 500 ml
Water (boiling) 500 ml
JOKO 100% Pure Rooibos 200 x 2 g Envelopes12 gAdded to cart: JOKO 100% Pure Rooibos 200 x 2 g Envelopes
Honey 30 ml
10 ml Tumeric (ground)
- Pour coconut milk, water and 6 Joko Rooibos teabags into a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove teabags and squeeze all liquid out.
- Whisk in the honey and turmeric, simmer 1 minute and serve.
