  • Garlic, clovessliced 10 pc
  • Olive oil 5 ml


  • Water 1 l
  • Salt 8 g
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Wasabi Powder 15 ml
  • Butter 50 g
  • Cream 250 ml
  1. Garlic:

    • To roast the garlic: preheat the oven to 180˚C, toss the garlic through the olive oil, and place in a preheated oven to roast for 3-5min.
  2. Mash:

    • Make up the Knorr Mash: Bring the water and the salt to the boil, remove from the heat.
    • Add the butter, cold milk and cream. Add the Knorr Mash Flakes, wasabi powder and the roasted garlic lightly stir and place the lid on the pot and leave the mash to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
