  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 170 °C and grease and line a baking tray. Using an electric paddle beater attachment, combine the CARTE D'OR Chocolate Brownie mix and milk on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl, then whisk on high speed for 4 to 5 minutes.
    • Combine the berries and the CARTE D'OR Wild Berry Sauce. Swirl the berry mixture into the brownie mix, followed by chunks of cream cheese, randomly scatterd and lightly pressed into the brownie mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. Once baked, remove and allow to cool before cutting into equal sized squares.
  2. To Plate:

    • Spoon dark soil* onto the plate, followed by the brownie and garnish. *Click here for dark soil recipe.
