Method:

  • CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse
    CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse
    150 g

  • Milk (cold) 150 ml
  • Cream 500 ml
  • 50 g Pistachio nuts (toasted, roughly chopped, for garnish)
  • 70 % Dark Chocolate 100 g

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Using an electric whisk attachment, mix the CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse mix and milk together on medium speed, for 4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Set aside.
    • Stir the cream and chocolate together until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    • Slowly pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the chocolate cream and mix until well combined.
    • Pour the mixture into a piping bag and portion into individual glasses. Allow to set for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. To Plate:

    • Place the chocolate mousse glass on a plate and garnish.
  3. Garnish:

    • Garnish with edible flowers, toasted, chopped pistachio nuts and mint leaves.
