Chocolate Pistachio Dream
A chocolate mousse made even more chocolatey and topped with a crunch of roasted pistachio nuts.

Milk (cold) 150 ml
Cream 500 ml
50 g Pistachio nuts (toasted, roughly chopped, for garnish)
70 % Dark Chocolate 100 g
- Using an electric whisk attachment, mix the CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse mix and milk together on medium speed, for 4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Set aside.
- Stir the cream and chocolate together until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Slowly pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the chocolate cream and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag and portion into individual glasses. Allow to set for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place the chocolate mousse glass on a plate and garnish.
- Garnish with edible flowers, toasted, chopped pistachio nuts and mint leaves.
