Creamy Smoked Oyster and Peppadew Dip
Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise mixed with cream cheese, smoked oysters and peppadews makes for a delicious dip.
- In a blender/food processor, liquidise all ingredients until smooth.
Chef's Note:Use shredded deboned smoked tuna instead. Serve with vegetable crisps or crudités. Use as canapé or sandwich spread.
