Preparation:

  • Tortilla wraps 6 whole
  • Stir fried beef or chicken or pork strips 480 g
  • Oil (for frying) 30 ml
  • Sofrito Sauce 90 ml

Serving Suggestion:

  • Red cabbage (shredded) 150 g
  • Corn kernels (canned) 200 g
  • Coriander (finely chopped) 15 g
  • Tomato (chopped) 1 pc
  1. Preparation:

    • Start with a tortilla base, spread on Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce.
    • Stirfry beef/chicken/pork strips in oil, then add sofrito sauce to the pan and heat through.
  2. Serving Suggestion:

    • Layer tortilla with finely shredded red cabbage, corn, avocado, coriander, tomato.
  3. Chef's Note:

    • Here you can be as creative as you want. The tortilla is the base, the Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce is the base sauce and the ingredients are your choice. Great way of minimizing wastage.
