  1. Preparation:

    • Start with a tortilla base, spread on Knorr Mexican Salsa Sauce.
    • Stirfry beef/chicken/pork strips in oil, then add sofrito sauce to the pan and heat through.
  2. Serving Suggestion:

    • Layer tortilla with finely shredded red cabbage, corn, avocado, coriander, tomato.
