  • Beef Patties 10.0 whole
  • Burger buns, toasted 10.0 whole
  • Cheddar cheese 10.0 slices
  • Bacon, cooked crispy 20.0 slices
  • Onions, sliced into rings, caramelised 100.0 g
  • Frozen chips 1.0 kg

Elevate this all-beef burger patty with creamy macaroni and cheese, served on a toasted bun with an authentic smoky BBQ mayonnaise made with Fine Foods Barbecue Sauce.

Preparation

  1. BBQ Mayonnaise

    1. Combine the Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise and Fine Foods Barbecue Sauce and whisk until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
  2. Mac ’n Cheese

    1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and garlic then add the Robertsons Veggie Seasoning. 
    2. Whisk together the Knorr Professional White Sauce Base and the milk then add it into the onion mixture. Allow the sauce to thicken, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and stir through the cooked macaroni.  
  3. Burgers

    1. Grill the patties. 
    2.  Spread 1 Tbsp of the prepared BBQ mayonnaise on each side of the bun, then add the grilled beef patty, ¼ cup mac ‘n cheese, 1 slice of cheese, two slices of bacon, and onion. Serve with fried chips sprinkled with Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.  
  4. Chef’s Tip:

    Swap the beef with a crumbed crispy cooked chicken breast for a twist.
