- In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, make a well in the middle and add warm water to make a dough. Knead well.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 10-15min in a warm place to raise double in size.
- Divide into 16 balls on a floured surface.
- Heat the oil, flatten the balls slightly and fry one side till golden brown and turn over to the other side. Repeat until all are done.
