Preparation

  1. Step 1:

    • Finely chop the bacon.
    • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Step 2:

    • Cook the pasta as per pack instructions and drain.
  3. Step 3:

    • Finely dice the red onion, celery and pepper.
    • Shred pre-cooked chicken.
    • Mix all ingredients together until well combined and serve.
  4. Hint:

    Replace the peppers with broccoli florets.
