Smoky BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters
Juicy, barbecue flavoured chicken pieces with a touch of rosemary flavour.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, mix together the Robertsons Barbecue Spice and the Fine Foods Barbecue Sauce. Rub the chicken with the mixture.
- Place on baking tray and roast for 30 min.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
- For a more intense ﬂavour, marinade the chicken leg quarters overnight.
