    160 ml
    Added to cart: Fine Foods Barbeque Sauce
  • Chicken leg quarters 2.5 kg
  • 10 ea Springs rosemary

Preparation

  1. Preparation:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
    • In a bowl, mix together the Robertsons Barbecue Spice and the Fine Foods Barbecue Sauce. Rub the chicken with the mixture.
    • Place on baking tray and roast for 30 min.
    • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • For a more intense flavour, marinade the chicken leg quarters overnight.
