To Prep:

  • Cauliflower 2.0 kg
  • Cheese, Parmesan 200.0 g

To Cook:

  • Oil, Sunflower 150.0 ml
  • Flat Leaf Parsley (for garnishing)
  1. To Prep:

    15 minutes
    • Cut the cauliflower lengthways.
    • Finely grate the parmesan cheese.
  2. To Cook:

    40 minutes
    • Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the cauliflower in a roasting dish.
    • Mix together the Robertsons Paprika, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, parmesan cheese and oil, and pour over the cauliflower, then mix well.
    • Place in the oven and roast for 30 – 40 minutes.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve in a dish, and garnish with picked parsley leaves.

  4. Top Tip:

    • This dish can be served with roast chicken or a beef roast. You could also create a pasta dish by adding penne pasta, broccoli florets and some cheese sauce!
