Ingredients

Salad:

  • Spinach, baby 30 g
  • Pecan nuts, toasted 20 g
  • Tomatoes, cherry, cut into quarters 10 g
  • Croutons 15 g

Dressing:

  • Hellmann's Signature Vinaigrette 185 ml
  • Blue cheese 60 g
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped, chopped 5.6 ml

Assemble:

  • Pears in cans (williams) 1/1halves, grilled and quartered 100 g
  • Honey 5 ml

Preparation

  1. Salad:

    • Wash the spinach and dry well. In a bowl, mix through the spinach, pecan nuts, cut cherry tomatoes and croutons.
  2. Dressing:

    • Mix in the salad dressing so the dressing coats the ingredients.
  3. Assemble:

    • Turn out onto platter and add the pears, then drizzle the honey over the salad.
    • Serve immediately, otherwise croutons loose their crunch.
    • Add salt and pepper to taste.
