Dressing:

Assemble:

Pears in cans (williams) 1/1halves, grilled and quartered 100.0 g

Preparation

Salad:
- Wash the spinach and dry well. In a bowl, mix through the spinach, pecan nuts, cut cherry tomatoes and croutons.
Dressing:
- Mix in the salad dressing so the dressing coats the ingredients.
Assemble:
- Turn out onto platter and add the pears, then drizzle the honey over the salad.
- Serve immediately, otherwise croutons loose their crunch.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
