Garnish:

  • Fresh cream 250.0 ml
  • Strawberries (fresh) 125.0 g
  • White Chocolate 60.0 g
  • Mint leaves (picked fresh) 10.0 g

This fluffy, fruity jelly is a very berry explosion of flavour! Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly topped with Carte D’Or Strawberry Instant Dessert and garnished with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, white chocolate shavings and a mint leaf.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Make up the Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly as per on pack instructions, pour into suitable dessert containers, 75ml each, and allow to cool in fridge or blast chill to set.
    2. Whip up the instant dessert with the cold milk as per on pack instructions.
    3. Put mixture into a piping bag and pipe a portion onto of each jelly, about 75ml.
    4. Allow to set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Garnish:

    1. Garnish with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, white chocolate shavings and a mint leaf.  
  3. Chefs tip:

    Perfect portion for a catering option sweet treat. Try any of the other Carte D’Or instant desserts and jellies for alternative flavours and colours.
