  • Tomatoesplum, quartered 120 g

Basil and Mozarella:

  • Basil Leaves
  • Mozarella (grated)cubed 40 g
  1. Dressing:

    • Reduce the vinegar and sugar down by half, then mix in the honey and mustard dressing, then add 1 tbsp to the Honey and Mustard Dressing
  2. Salad:

    • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the mozarella and basil.
    • Add the balsamic honey mustard dressing and toss through.
  3. Basil and Mozarella:

    • Arrange on a service platter, then add the basil and mozzarella.
