  1. Method:

    • Steep the 5 teabags in boiling water and allow to cool down completely. Add sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
    • Remove the teabags and add Carte d’Or Wild Berry Sauce, fresh berries and top up with the sparkling water.
    • Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    Instead of sparkling water use lemonade for a sweeter tasting iced tea.
