Method:

  • Cumin (ground) 15 g
  • Brown sugar 50 ml
  • Butter / margarine (melted) 60 g
  • Butternut (peeled and cubed) 1.2 kg
  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven at 180 ˚C.
    • Combine the sugar and cumin. Combine the butternut, butter, cumin sugar and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and place on a roasting tray. Bake until cooked through (15-20 min).
    • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • The dish can be served hot or cold.
