Butternut baked in a sweet and rich mixture of butter, cumin sugar and seasoning, sprinkled with feta cheese, fresh coriander and, if desired, biltong slices.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven at 180 ˚C.
    • Combine the sugar and cumin. Combine the butternut, butter, cumin sugar and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and place on a roasting tray. Bake until cooked through (15-20 min).
    • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • The dish can be served hot or cold.
