  1. Method:

    • In a pot, bring water, butter and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning to the boil and remove from the stove. Add milk then whisk in the Knorr Professional Mash Flakes. Cover for 4-5 minutes.
    • Add Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise, onions, jalapeños and chorizo and mix well.
    • Mixture can also be chilled, rolled into balls coated and deep-fried for snack platters.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • For a vegetarian option, replace the chorizo with cooked chopped mushrooms.
