Chorizo Mashed Potato Balls With Jalapeños
Hearty and creamy mashed potato is elevated with the addition of fried onions, fried chorizo and spicy jalapeños.
- In a pot, bring water, butter and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning to the boil and remove from the stove. Add milk then whisk in the Knorr Professional Mash Flakes. Cover for 4-5 minutes.
- Add Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise, onions, jalapeños and chorizo and mix well.
- Mixture can also be chilled, rolled into balls coated and deep-fried for snack platters.
- For a vegetarian option, replace the chorizo with cooked chopped mushrooms.
