  • Chickpeas 1.0 Tin
  • Coriander 20.0 g
  • Red onion 50.0 g

Step 2

  • Coleslaw mix 700.0 g
  • Vinegar 15.0 g
  • Olive oil 10.0 g
  • Honey 5.0 g
  1. Step 1

    • Drain the chickpeas. Roughly chop the coriander. Chop the red onion.
  2. Step 2

    • Mix all the ingredients until well combined and allow to stand for 10 minutes for flavours to improve. 
    • Keep aside.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    • Add toasted nuts or cranberries or add 200 g of Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise to create a tangy coleslaw to serve as a side.
