  • Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1.0 Tin
  • Coriander (fresh), roughly chopped 20.0 g
  • Red onion, finely chopped 50.0 g
  • Coleslaw mix 700.0 g
  • Vinegar 15.0 g
  • Olive oil 10.0 g
  • Honey 5.0 g

Coleslaw doesn’t have to be boring. Make it both a delicious and healthy option for your customers with the addition of chickpeas and coriander!

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    • Mix the chickpeas, coriander, red onion, coleslaw mix, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, vinegar, olive oil and honey together until well combined and allow to stand for 10 minutes for flavours to improve.
    • Keep aside.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • Add toasted nuts or cranberries or add 200g of Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise to create a tangy coleslaw to serve as a side.
