  • Red or white onions 150.0 g
  • Red chilli 5.0 g
  • Oil 50.0 ml
  • Green beans 1.0 kg
  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the onions. Remove seeds from chilli and slice thinly.
    • If using fresh green beans, clean before use. Slice beans.
  2. Method:

    • Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and red chilli. Fry for 5 min.
    • Add green beans and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and fry for 10 min.
    • Remove from the heat, portion and serve.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    Remove the chilli and add toasted sesame seeds or use both for added nutritional benefits.
