Method:

  • Mango (raw, thinly sliced) 1 kg
  • Oil 250 ml
  • Atchar masala 45 ml
  • Chilli powder 5 ml
  • Garlic flakes 20 ml
  1. Method:

    • In a bowl mix all ingredients together well.
    • Pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid, make sure the oil covers the Atchar well.
    • Leave for 3 days, tossing and stirring often.
