  1. Method:

    Sauce:
    • Heat oil in a medium saucepan, fry mushrooms for 2 min.
    • Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
    • Add  the Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Robertsons Ground Black Pepper, Dijon mustard and Knorr Professional Hollandaise Sauce.
    • Serve with toasted ciabatta bread, handful of fresh rocket leaves, sliced grilled steak, and a serving of peppered mushroom Hollandaise sauce.

    A great sauce to serve with chicken breasts, grilled steak, fish or baked potato.
