  1. Step 1:

    • Bring sugar beans, samp, water and Knorr Chicken Stock Granules to the boil, reduce heat and simmer on a low heat for approximately 1 hr 30 min, stirring often.
  2. Step 2:

    • Once the bean and samp mixture is soft, add Knorr Aromat Original and butter/margarine and stir through.
  3. Step 3:

    • Remove from the heat and serve.
  4. Hint:

    • Save time by pre-soaking the samp & beans before cooking.
  5. Chef's Tip:

    • Replace the Knorr Chicken Stock Granules with Knorr Vegetable Stock Granules or Knorr Beef Stock Granules.
