Ingredients

Guacamole:

  • Avocado (mashed) 1 pc
  • Robertsons Veggie Seasoning
    Robertsons Veggie Seasoning
    1 ml

  • Fresh lemon juice 5 ml
  • Red chilli 1 g

Dressing:

  • Hellmann's Mediterranean Light Salad Dressing
    Hellmann's Mediterranean Light Salad Dressing
    50 ml
    Added to cart: Hellmann's Mediterranean Light Salad Dressing
  • 5g Chia seeds
  • Orange juice, fresh 15 ml

To assemble:

  • Smoked chicken breast 100 g
  • Oranges 6 pc
  • Feta cheese 70 g
  • Baby salad leaves 5 g
  • 1 pinch Beetroot shoots

Preparation

  1. Guacamole:

    1. Mash the 50g Avocado to a puree.
    2. Add the veggie seasoning and lemon juice and chilli.
  2. Dressing:

    1. Combine all the dressing ingredients and allow to infuse for 3 hours
  3. To assemble:

    1. Place the guacamole, chicken, feta and 6 orange segments on the plate.
    2. Place the leaves in between ingredients. Garnish with beetroot shoots. Drizzle dressing around the plate.
