  • Salt, coarse 40 ml
  • Robertsons Origanum 6 x 300g 10 ml
  • Cumin (ground) 4 ml


  • Olive oil
  • Steak, T-bone 4 steaks 1 kg
  1. Rub:

    • In a small bowl , combine the rub ingredients.
    • Make sure your grill is hot and ready.
  2. Steak:

    • Gently rub the steaks evenly with the rub.
    • Grill over direct heat for 3-5 minutes each side & leave to rest for 3-5 minutes. Then baste with Fine Foods BBQ Sauce and serve.
  3. Chefs Tip:

    • You can rub the steaks 3-5 hours before grilling for the flavour to penetrate better.
    • Setup: you can substitute the Robertsons Peri Peri with Knorr Beef Stock Granules to eliminate the heat.
