Succulent Scarlet Salad

- Heat a frying pan.
- Crumble the feta cheese.
- Tear the basil
To Cook20 minutes
- Mix together the tomatoes, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and oil. Pour into the hot frying pan, tossing at all times until the tomato skins start to blister, 1 minutes only. Place in a bowl and allow to cool completely.
- Toss together the remaining ingredients with tomatoes, and garnish with basil.
- Serve alongside roast chicken.
- Add a festive twist to the salad by adding chopped gammon or roast chicken pieces.
