To Prep:

  • Feta cheese 400 g
  • Basil leaves (fresh) 5 g

To Cook

  1. To Prep:

    • Heat a frying pan.
    • Crumble the feta cheese.
    • Tear the basil
  2. To Cook

    20 minutes
    • Mix together the tomatoes, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and oil. Pour into the hot frying pan, tossing at all times until the tomato skins start to blister, 1 minutes only. Place in a bowl and allow to cool completely.
    • Toss together the remaining ingredients with tomatoes, and garnish with basil.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside roast chicken.
  4. Top Tip:

    • Add a festive twist to the salad by adding chopped gammon or roast chicken pieces.
