Preparation

  1. Method:

    • In a pot of boiling water, boil the livers for 8 min. Strain and set aside.
    • In a pan, heat the oil and butter andsauté the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.
    • Add the Knorr ProfessionalTomato Pronto, olives, Knorr Professional Aromat Original and Robertsons Origanum. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 min.
    • Add the chicken livers, cook for 5 min and serve.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • For an extra ninja kick, add 10 g of chopped red chilli!
