Champion Chicken Livers
Mediterranean flavoured chicken livers are a perfect breakfast accompaniment.
- In a pot of boiling water, boil the livers for 8 min. Strain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil and butter andsauté the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.
- Add the Knorr ProfessionalTomato Pronto, olives, Knorr Professional Aromat Original and Robertsons Origanum. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 min.
- Add the chicken livers, cook for 5 min and serve.
- For an extra ninja kick, add 10 g of chopped red chilli!
