Chicken:

Salad

  • Hellmann's Signature Vinaigrette 185 ml
  • fish sauce (chinese) 5 ml
  • Oil, Sesame 10 ml
  • Knorr Honey & Soy Sauce
    Knorr Honey & Soy Sauce
    30 ml

  • Red chilli 1 g
  • Peanut butter 10 g
  • Coriander, fresh, chopped for garnish, small bunch chopped 1 g
  • Alfalfa sprouts 2 g
  • Pepper, redroasted and sliced thin 50 g
  • Ginger, peeled and thinly slicedroot fresh , thinly sliced 4 g
  • Broccolilong stem, sliced thinly 20 g
  • Baby corn, sliced 20 g
  • Onions, red, chinese slice 60 g
  • Sesame seeds (toasted) toasted 5 ml

Preparation

  1. Chicken:

    • Slice the cooked chicken on the angle
  2. Salad

    • Assemble the salad by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl except for the toasted seseame seeds.
    • Place the sliced chicken on top of the salad and sprinkle the marinade over the salad.
    • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and sprouts over the chicken.
