  • Chicken breast, cooked 1.0 pc

Salad

  • Hellmann's Signature Vinaigrette 185.0 ml
  • fish sauce (chinese) 5.0 ml
  • Oil, Sesame 10.0 ml
  • Red chilli 1.0 g
  • Peanut butter 10.0 g
  • Coriander, fresh, chopped for garnish, small bunch chopped 1.0 g
  • Alfalfa sprouts 2.0 g
  • Pepper, redroasted and sliced thin 50.0 g
  • Ginger, peeled and thinly slicedroot fresh , thinly sliced 4.0 g
  • Broccolilong stem, sliced thinly 20.0 g
  • Baby corn, sliced 20.0 g
  • Onions, red, chinese slice 60.0 g
  • Sesame seeds (toasted) toasted 5.0 ml
  1. Chicken:

    • Slice the cooked chicken on the angle
  2. Salad

    • Assemble the salad by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl except for the toasted seseame seeds.
    • Place the sliced chicken on top of the salad and sprinkle the marinade over the salad.
    • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and sprouts over the chicken.
