Marinating a succulent lamb roast in a Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise and garlic marinade is a sure-fire way to keep the meat tender and delicious.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven to 140 °C,
    • Trim all excess fat from the lamb.
    • Mix all Marinade ingredients well together, Rub the meat with the Mayo rub and let marinate for 2-3hrs
    • Place in roasting pan and roast for 45 min.
    • Remove and allow to rest for 7-10 min before slicing.
  2. Chef's Note:

    • The rub can be used on any protein for grilling/roasting.
