Lamb Roast With Garlic Mayo Rub
Marinating a succulent lamb roast in a Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise and garlic marinade is a sure-fire way to keep the meat tender and delicious.
- Pre-heat oven to 140 °C, and trim all fat from the lamb.
- Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients together and rub onto the meat. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Place in roasting pan and roast for 1 hr.
- Remove and let rest for 7-10 min before slicing.
Chef's Note:The rub can be used on any protein for grilling.
