Ingredients

To Prep:

  • Basil leaves (fresh) 30 g
  • Onions, spring 30 g
  • Green beans 400 g
  • Tomatoes, cherry 400 g
  • Onions, red 120 g
  • 400g Cos Lettuce
  • Black olives 100 g
  • 200g Avocado

To Cook:

  • Hellmann's Signature Vinaigrette 300 ml
  • 15g Capers
  • Dijon mustard 15 g
  • Honey 5 ml

Preparation

  1. To Prep:

    • Finely chop the basil.
    • Finely slice the spring onion.
    • Top and tail the green beans, then cook them in boiling water.
    • Cut the tomatoes in half.
    • Thinly slice the red onions.
    • Wash the lettuce.
    • Pit the olives and cut them in half.
    • Slice the avocado.
  2. To Cook:

    • Mix together the Hellmann’s Signature Vinaigrette, basil, spring onion, capers, Dijon mustard and honey to make a salad dressing.
    • Mix the rest of the ingredients together for the salad.
  3. To Serve:

    • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. Top Tip:

    • Top with herbed croutons.
